In 2025, Heritage will hold two major events. Please see below for ticket options and sponsorship opportunities. We are grateful for your support.

EVENT I
THE HERITAGE COMMUNITY INITIATIVES CHEFS’ CHALLENGE
Monday, June 9, 2025, 6:30 p.m.
800 Braddock Avenue, Braddock, PA 15104
The Heritage Community Initiatives Chefs’ Challenge will ask the area’s most celebrated chefs to do what the Heritage Nutrition Services team does every day – create nutritious, largely scratch-cooked meals within a budget of $4.11 per meal. Working in a mobile kitchen at 800 Braddock Avenue in Braddock, Pennsylvania, the chefs will put their culinary skills to the test by creating an original, single portion meal that meets USDA Child Nutrition requirements and includes four components of a federally reimbursable meal. We hope you will consider a package so you, too, can taste the handiwork of our city’s best chefs, while doing your part to feed at-risk children and seniors in Allegheny County.

EVENT II
THE HERITAGE HARVEST GATHERING
Thursday, November 6, 2025, 6:00 p.m.
The Duquesne Club
325 Sixth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222
Each year, more than 100 of our benefactors come together to celebrate Heritage Community Initiatives and support our Heritage 4 Kids Early Learning Center and Heritage Out of School Time programs. Our guests arrive with arms full of much needed school supplies to help support the needs of our students and their siblings, and defray the expenses required to run two, high-quality education programs that year over year produce remarkable educational outcomes. We look forward to celebrating with the corporations, public officials, foundations, and major donors who have made our mission a reality and afford us the privilege to serve every day.
